Warranty Repairs

If the item you purchased from Mendelssohn Pilot Supplies is defective and falls within the warranty period, we offer warranty repairs to ensure that you receive a functioning product. Our warranty period typically covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use.

To initiate a warranty repair, please contact us at support@gps.co.uk or fill out our RMA (return merchandise authorisation) form using this link. We will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how to return the item for repair.

Once we receive the defective item, our specialised team will assess the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty. If the defect is covered, we will repair the item and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that warranty repairs do not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications to the product. If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of any repair costs that may apply.
